Job Description
Seaport Therapeutics is seeking a Senior/Executive Director, Corporate Counsel to provide legal support across securities law compliance, corporate governance, and transactional matters.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
- 10-15 years of relevant experience, including SEC reporting and public company matters at a large law firm and/or as in-house
- Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical companies preferred
- Familiarity with clinical-stage or emerging growth companies is advantageous
- Experience supporting senior leadership and Board-related processes is a plus
