Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a dynamic healthcare team in Orthopedic and Interventional Pain Management. The ideal candidate is experienced in musculoskeletal and spinal conditions and is passionate about improving patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Perform patient evaluations and review medical histories
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging)
• Develop and implement treatment plans for chronic pain and injuries
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing care
• Perform procedures including joint and trigger point injections
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
