Job Description
The Marketing Manager will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across multiple markets, develop and manage annual marketing budgets, and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3+ years of marketing experience (real estate or homebuilding preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign strategy
- Experience analyzing data, CRM reports, and marketing performance metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to learn systems such as HubSpot, ClickUp, Basecamp, and CRM tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within market
