Project Administrator

Seeking a Construction Project Administrator to work with Divisional Project Management and Operations Teams to ensure project adherence to corporate standards and proper documentation. Will also work closely with the Finance Department to initiate vendor payments and monitor lien releases.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience performing project administration for a general contractor or subcontracting company
• Thorough knowledge of billing/invoicing using purchase orders and subcontracts
• Experience with computerized systems used in construction project administration (Timberline experience a plus)
• Working knowledge and skill in the use of Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma required; some college study preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities; deadline-driven
• Familiarization with an ISO 9000/9001/9004 quality system is a plus
• Ability to assist field personnel with day-to-day duties
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills – both oral and written
