• Blueprint Mastery: Proficiently read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively.
• Change Order Expertise: Skillfully handle change order pricing to ensure project success.
• Project Prioritization: Manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently with precision.
• On-Site Leadership: Conduct jobsite visits to provide support, address concerns, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Value Engineering: Implement value engineering principles to optimize project outcomes.
• Timely Deliveries: Ensure materials are delivered on time to meet project schedules and client expectations.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage project team members, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Scope Definition: Collaborate with general contractors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables clearly.
