Job Description
The Accounting Manager will work with the Director of Finance/HR in analyzing financial statements, preparing financial reports, and managing condominium owners accounting.
Requirements
- Assist in completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries for month-end closings
- Ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance in all Accounting processes
- Oversee monthly counting of all house banks and report discrepancies to the Director of Finance/HR
