Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Recovery Peer Support to provide guidance and mentorship through their personal recovery journey. The role involves modeling positive health and wellness activities, substance abuse relapse prevention, and coping skills. The Recovery Peer Support will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to identify barriers and improve clients' access to community resources and supports.
Requirements
- Personally experienced a substance use disorder and have a minimum of 2 years in recovery
- Active Recovery Peer Support certification OR eligible to obtain one
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
