The Assistant Program Manager II will support the development and execution of program performance, working closely with the Program Management Office and Planning Organization to ensure a seamless interface between departments. The role will assist in developing program plans and schedules, producing reports, and presenting to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in shipbuilding or ship repair, manufacturing, or construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience working with engineering, planning or production in the shipbuilding industry or in a complex manufacturing industry
- Demonstrated experience with product lifecycle and project management toolsets
