Payroll Process Specialist

The Payroll Process Specialist is responsible for designing end-to-end HR processes and contributing to business decisions for the implementation of a new payroll system. This role involves mapping out existing payroll processes, participating in design sessions and system test activities, and identifying any implementation roadblocks to coordinate with leadership for mitigation.

Requirements

• College diploma in accounting or human resources related program.
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification is an asset.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive payroll experience.
• 0-2 years experience in payroll system implementation
