The Planner II (Resource Planning) supports ship new construction programs by developing and calculating production budgets and managing the shipbuilding labor resource plans. The Planner II is responsible for distributing the contract budget as per the Program/Project Plan, developing project staffing and trades plans by resource type to report and support the short, medium- and long-term requirements.
