Job Description
The Warehouse Associate I role performs shipping, receiving, inventory management, order picking and packing tasks related to materials and equipment required for new vessel construction at Seaspan Vancouver Shipyards. The position involves executing day-to-day warehousing activities to manage materials and equipment, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated warehousing operations experience in a manufacturing environment
- Grade 12 High School Diploma
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods certificate (ground and air) preferred
- Forklift operator certificate on both sit down counterbalance and stand-up reach trucks an asset
