Job Description
Seatrax is seeking an experienced Assembly Mechanic to thrive in their fast-paced Houston facility. The company specializes in offshore solutions for the oil and gas and commercial industries with reliable, safe, and easily-maintained cranes. Candidates will be responsible for reading blueprints, working in awkward positions, and maintaining a clean work area.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial assembly
- Mechanical aptitude
- Overhead bridge crane operation experience preferable
- Must have own basic tools
- Read comprehension of Engineering blueprints
- Ability to work in awkward positions
- Physical ability to stand on concrete for long periods, climb ladders, crawl under vehicle, lift 50lbs, wield a sledgehammer
