Job Description
As a Building Automation Controls Technician, you will perform routine daily inspections, troubleshoot and repair control systems, and set up and install control systems. You will also perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical wiring, devices, and motor overhauls.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License
- Working knowledge of HVAC Systems
- Electrical experience in Low voltage controls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on and interpret manufacturers' manuals
- Possess or be able to obtain certification to operate mechanical devices
