As a Guest Arrival Ambassador, you'll provide exceptional guest service with a positive, enthusiastic spirit, greeting and interacting with guests, answering questions and resolving issues, and more.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to push, pull and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills with Windows/Office
- Flexibility in working varied shifts
- Ability to process POS transactions and accurately use a register
- Ability to walk and stand extensively
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering excellent guest service
- Ability to complete all legal, company and department training requirements
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors, in a variety of weather conditions
