Requirements

• Ensure a safe environment for all team members, guests, and animals
• Responsible for the development of Assistant Supervisors, OJTs, and team members
• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness in the park, conduct quality inspections of assigned areas
• Ensure compliance to all state/federal regulations, park policies, and department procedures
• Assist in the creation and adjustment of labor line schedules to maximize our resources
• Handle conflicts between guests and/or team members seeking a win-win solution
• Know and ensure team members follow all policies and procedures outlined in the team member handbook
• Ensure all team members provide exceptional guest service
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks as required
