As a key member of the Busch Gardens team, you'll bring happiness and excitement to guests from around the world, providing exceptional guest service and leading Behind-the-Scenes tours. The role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor.

Requirements

• Availability: flexible to work early mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and willing to be scheduled on short notice
• Leadership: able to operate independently from supervision
• Communication: strong communication skills and comfortable speaking in front of large groups
• Professionalism: friendly and professional demeanor, with a 'family friendly' image
• Knowledge: aware of park policies and information, and able to show discretion and sound-decision making
• Approachability: professional, approachable, and KIDsiderate at all times
• Technology: comfortable with digital cameras and computers
• Physical Requirements: comfortable with working long hours outside, walking long distances, and standing for extended periods of time
