Job Description
As a Veterinary Technician at Busch Gardens, you will assist with animal health programs, coordinate exams and procedures, and prepare samples for analysis. You will also maintain pharmacy, assist with data entry, and participate in other related duties.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age and a valid state driver's license
- At least two years of Veterinary experience required
- Animal or aquatic animal care experience preferred
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications, spreadsheets and databases
- State Veterinary Technician certification, or eligible to acquire certification within one year is required
- AVMA accredited associate degree in Veterinary fields or state registration as a veterinary technician (state-specific)
