Job Description
Secfix is seeking a Customer Security Specialist (Information Security Specialist) to join their team in Europe (especially the DACH region). This role is a critical part of the lifecycle, covering onboarding, certification, continuous compliance, risk assessment, and advisor support to startups and medium-sized businesses. The specialist will collaborate with the CTO on AI product features and contribute to a new customer-centric platform. They will be responsible for hardening tech stacks and demonstrating adherence to ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on information security and GRC experience
- Led 3+ successful ISO 27001 certification projects
- Experience with a GRC platform (Secfix or similar)
- Cloud infrastructure readiness (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Automation and knowledge base creation
