Electrical & Industrialization Engineer

Sécheron Hasler Group, a global leader in high-power electrical and electronic equipment, seeks an Electrical & Industrialization Engineer to support team expansion in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, experience in electrical systems, and proficiency in design software. The role requires collaboration, problem-solving, and data management skills, with a focus on supporting production sites and international stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical systems
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., EPLAN, Schemelect, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Electrical Design Principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge and proficiency in ERP tools (Oracle is a plus)
• Knowledge of electrical distribution equipment and industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL)
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and industrialisation techniques
