Manager Cyber Security (m/w/d)

secida is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to support companies, particularly small and medium-sized businesses in Germany and those in the KRITIS sector, in implementing hybrid solutions with Microsoft Azure and M365. The role involves strategic advising, leading transformation projects, analyzing IT landscapes, overseeing rollouts, and leading/developing a team to design secure IT security architectures.

Requirements

• Successfully completed (technical) studies or comparable qualifications
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• In-depth technical know-how regarding the introduction, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft technologies
• Solid knowledge base (theoretical and practical) in areas such as: Protection of digital identities (IAM&PAM, Entra ID, AD); construction, security and operation of virtual machines; PKI
• Experience with applications/solutions from e.g. Microsoft, AWS, CyberArk, OneIdentity or SailPoint
• Consulting skills to present and communicate complex relationships in a target group-specific manner
• Confident communication skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel (throughout Germany)
