Second Melody is a branding studio seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage day-to-day communications with clients and internal teams, build relationships, and drive organic growth. This client-facing role requires organizational, curious, and leadership skills in a purpose-driven creative environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry or agency experience managing branding-related projects
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay solutions-focused
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience presenting to clients
• Open, collaborative mindset
• Detail oriented, organized, and proactive nature
• Proficient with Google Docs and agency workflow/project management systems
• Willingness to travel for client meetings or workshops as needed
