We're looking for an Account Manager to join Second Nature and help us scale our product to millions of people - delivering world-class outcomes and an experience that people love. The role involves managing partnerships proactively, acting as the main contact for external stakeholders, and presenting information back to customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as account management, client services, customer success, or project coordination
- An analytical mindset, strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, and proficient with Excel
