Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious, Essex-based Health Coach to join the Specialist Weight Management Service at Second Nature, a health-tech startup. The role involves supporting adults living with obesity to make sustainable lifestyle changes through in-person services. The position is part-time, 0.5 FTE, and for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
Requirements
- Qualified Nutritionist/Dietitian or relevant experience in weight management, health coaching, or lifestyle support
- Based in or able to travel across Mid & South Essex regularly
- 20 hours per week, including some evenings and Saturdays
- Skilled in providing empathetic, person-centred care to individuals with both physical and mental health complexities
- Deep understanding of obesity as a complex, chronic condition, including the psychological, social, and medical challenges faced by people living with obesity
