Associate Member Services Representative

Join our team as an Associate Member Services Representative and help provide exemplary member service by responding to member inquiries and performing routine branch duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree, or CCUE Certification, or Associate of Arts degree or Associate of Science degree via the North Carolina Community College Transfer Program (NC-CTP) preferred
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to complete the Credit Unions Core Module Program within 12 months of hire date
