We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Member Services Representative. The successful candidate will provide exemplary member service by responding to inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining confidentiality of member information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet people and develop member confidence, respect, and trust
• Ability to complete Credit Unions Core Module Program within 12 months of hire date
