Job Description
Experienced Mortgage Loan Specialist responsible for the full real estate loan process, including loan origination, underwriting, and servicing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years' mortgage lending experience (strongly preferred)
- Real Estate Lending (RELP) courses and subsequent exam completion
- Current lending approval authority
- Eligibility to be registered as an active MLO with the NMLS
