Job Description
MSS Associate Member Services Representative job description: motivated individual to provide exemplary member service through telephone and digital delivery channels, responding to member inquiries, and assisting with member support of digital channels.
Requirements
- Attend Excel and Elevate – New Employee Training (E&E)
- Complete 10 Core modules
- Comply with Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements
- Ensure member information confidentiality
- Follow security and control procedures
- Actively work with mentor and MSS coaching team
- Ensure proper identification of members and compliance with SECU's Member Information Security Procedure (MISP)
- Participate in training and continuing education
- Maintain acceptable performance level based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Develop a strong understanding of organizational goals and philosophy
- Maintain a current and comprehensive knowledge of credit union products and services
- Exhibit a positive attitude toward members and teammates
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management and other administrative duties as needed
