Job Description
Join our team and provide exemplary member service through all delivery channels. This role involves handling cash box management, account opening and maintenance, phone inquiries, and other services.
Requirements
- Provide exemplary member service through all delivery channels
- Handle cash box management, account opening and maintenance, phone inquiries, and other services
- Educate members on available services and make recommendations based on their needs
- Balance cash drawer with accuracy
- Operate drive-thru window as needed
- Keep daily and monthly records of various reports
- Prepare, order, and verify cash delivery and shipment once a week
- Assist members with account problems, checking reconciliations, or errors in transactions
- Grant subsequent advances on existing credit cards, open lines and home equity lines of credit - consult with an approving officer prior to advance
- Answer phone, file paperwork, scan documents into Image System, and perform other clerical duties as needed
