Provide exemplary member service through all delivery channels, handle cash box management, account opening and maintenance, phone inquiries, and other services.

Requirements

• Possess a high level of self-control, self-confidence, good basic mathematical skills, good organizational and communication skills, positive attitude, and neat appearance.
• Fast-paced environment – must be able to use sound judgment when making decisions and work well under pressure.
• Basic computer skills.
• Regular attendance is mandatory.
• Ability to speak English fluently.
• Ability to cooperate and collaborate with co-workers.
• Ability to adhere to the work schedule and attendance policy established by manager.
