Senior Real Estate Loan Closer

The Senior Real Estate Loan Closer prepares and reviews closing packages for all real estate secured loans, provides documents to closing agents in a timely manner, and answers questions related to loan closings to facilitate a timely closing.

Requirements

• Process loan closing documents on the loan origination system
• Review insurance, taxes, and additional documents for accuracy
• Maintain an active pipeline while completing loan review and processing
• Maintain working knowledge of department duties related to reporting and loan funding
• Communicate with Credit Union personnel and closing agents to ensure compliance with closing instructions
• Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and complete fashion
