Job Description
We're looking for a People & Culture Partner to support our Technology, Product, and Finance teams. This role involves providing practical guidance on performance, employee relations, and team effectiveness, as well as supporting the delivery of core People & Culture programs.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of HR experience in a generalist or HRBP capacity
- Experience supporting managers with performance, employee relations, and day-to-day people matters
- Solid understanding of Australian employment law
