Job Description
Securitas Canada Limited is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to join their team for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing firm. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of security supervisor experience, extensive knowledge of security procedures, and management experience of large teams.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security License
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
- 2+ years Security Supervisory or Team Lead experience in a security or facilities environment
- Proficient in creating and managing weekly staff schedules and payroll
- Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring
- Experience in emergency response coordination
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Adaptable and willing to work any shift or location to accommodate staffing needs
