
Job description
Analyze user requirements and business workflows to develop functional specifications for physical security systems. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment between technical implementation and business needs. Participate in cross-functional project planning and provide analytical insights to improve security infrastructure.
Configure and maintain video surveillance (VMS) and access control systems (CCURE 9000, Milestone). Identify and resolve application-level and integration issues to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency. Develop training materials, support product rollouts, and lead enhancement projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and process orientation. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience creating and managing technical documentation, business process maps, and user guides.
