Job Description
This data center site supervisor position at Securitas requires a supervisor of security officers, who is responsible for ensuring compliance with posted orders, documenting actions, and effectively monitoring the assigned sites. The supervisor must also coach, train personnel, and contribute to overall site coverage and customer service. Specific responsibilities include advising clients, maintaining payroll and paperwork, and reporting in any emergency situations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of security experience
- Availability to work morning, afternoon, overnight, and weekend shifts
- High school Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Competency assessment required
