Job Description
The Experienced Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to client sites, ensuring post orders are followed and required reports are filed. The supervisor will also coach and discipline personnel as needed, train Security Officers, and prepare reports as required.
Requirements
- 2 years of related experience
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection and response services
- Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures
