Job Description
Securitas is seeking a Firefighter for a short-term, on-site position in Petersburg, IN. The role involves responding to emergency scenes involving fire, medical, and other incidents. Firefighters are responsible for rescue, suppression, and hazard material management. It's a customer-focused role within a secure and experienced security company.
Requirements
- N.F.P.A. Firefighter 1 and 2 certifications
- Hazardous Materials Awareness and Operations Level certifications
- National Registry or State of Indiana Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) certification
- Out of state certifications must be transferable to Indiana and must be completed within 90 days of hire
- Physical and mental requirements (including lifting, walking, climbing stairs, etc.)
