Job Description
The Flex Security Officer provides impeccable customer service and peace of mind to clients and their guests while upholding Securitas' core values: Integrity, Vigilance, & Helpfulness. The ideal candidate will be able to provide conflict resolution, interact with clients and guests, identify and report safety issues, and complete assigned rounds.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
- Above average computer / technology skills
- Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills
- Good decision-making skills
- Report writing skills
- De-escalation skills
