Flex Supervisor

Supervise Security Officers and other company personnel, ensure post orders are followed, and report incidents to authorities and clients. Coach and discipline personnel as needed, and perform administrative tasks such as payroll and personnel submission. May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 2 years of related experience
• Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance
• Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection and response services
• Ability to track and maintain schedule assignments
• Strong customer service and results orientation
• Strong interpersonal skills
