The Fire Life & Safety Director (FLSD) is responsible for overseeing all fire and life safety operations within a residential property in Manhattan, ensuring compliance with FDNY regulations and building safety protocols.
Requirements
- Valid NYS Fire Life & Safety Director Certification (F-89 or equivalent)
- Valid NYS Security Guard License
- Minimum 1 year of fire life safety or building security experience
