Job Description
Securitas is seeking a full-time Security Shift Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of client sites. The role involves supervising security officers and teams, ensuring adherence to procedures, providing training and coaching, and maintaining a professional and safe work environment. The position requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18
- Valid state Guard License (or ability to obtain one)
- Ability to pass background checks, drug/alcohol screenings, and possibly a driving record check
- Must be comfortable interacting with high volumes of the public, depending on shift assignment
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage both routine and emergency situations
