Security Site Supervisor

Security Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel at client sites, ensuring that post orders are followed and reports are filed. Coaches and disciplines personnel as needed, trains new hires, and assists with payroll and personnel information submission. Must have high school diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements

• Prior security leadership experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience
• 2 years of experience in retail preferred
• Ability to hold and continue to meet state, county, and municipal license requirements for Security Officers
