Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor position at Securitas is responsible for supervising security officers and ensuring that all post orders are followed. The job requires experience in access control, incident management, and customer service in a regulated environment. The Security Supervisor will also be responsible for training personnel, reviewing post orders, and preparing reports.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in access control, incident management, and customer service within an airport or similarly regulated environment
• Experience working with access control platforms
• Experience operating or monitoring surveillance and screening systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think critically, remain calm under pressure, and resolve conflicts effectively
• Physical ability to respond to emergencies and complete required patrol tours
