Job Description
The Security Team Manager (STM) serves as the day-to-day manager of a site security team, responsible for building a cohesive and high-performing team. The STM works alongside other security team managers to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- 4 years of related experience in security industry or business management equivalents
- Associate degree in relevant field or commensurate works experiences
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with staff supervision
