Job Description
The Site Supervisor position requires a qualified individual to provide customer service, lead a team of security officers, and maintain a secure environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security, law enforcement, military, or corrections experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience and 2 years of supervisor experience preferred. The role involves coaching and disciplining personnel, training security officers, and ensuring adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
- Excellent computer / technology skills
- Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Great attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant throughout shift
- Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
