Job Description
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel at client sites, ensuring post orders are followed, and required reports are filed. The supervisor will also train personnel, review post orders, and meet with clients to provide quality customer service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 2 years of related experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred
- Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance
- Understanding of a variety of security and safety devices and controls
