Job Description
Join our Security Bank of Kansas City team as a Treasury Management Specialist, facilitating high-level support to customers and smooth processing of daily bank work. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and experience with Treasury Management products and Microsoft 365 applications.
Requirements
- Process electronic payments/deposits
- Scan documents
- Perform data entry
- Assist with outgoing ACH batches and review remote merchant deposits
- Assist customers by phone and online with business account-related inquiries, treasury management services, troubleshoot online banking system issues, assist with Online Wire Transfers, Positive Pay daily processing and other related topics
- Perform other duties as assigned
