Job Description
We're Looking for an Advisor Experience Associate! The role involves supporting advisors with operational, service, and technology assistance, ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience. The position reports to the Director – Insides Sales, Head of Training and Advisor Experience, and is based out of the home office in Topeka, Kansas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in financial services, operations, or client service
- Foundational understanding of brokerage, advisory, annuity, or mutual fund products
- Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy in a regulated environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
