Job Description
Security Benefit is seeking an experienced Data Governance Lead to drive the future of the U.S. retirement industry. The Data Governance Lead will be responsible for leading the enterprise data governance program, translating strategic direction into concrete programs and initiatives, and ensuring governance standards, catalog operations, and data quality practices operate as a cohesive, enterprise-grade program.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in data governance, information management, or data management, with demonstrated enterprise-level program ownership
- 5+ years owning enterprise data catalog and data quality programs at scale
- Deep, hands-on familiarity with Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud
- Experience with Snowflake or equivalent modern cloud data platforms
