Job Description
Security Benefit is a leader in the U.S. retirement market with more than $60 billion in assets under management. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will serve as the connective tissue between business operations and technology delivery, responsible for translating complex business and operational requirements into clear, actionable system specifications. The role operates across four core platform areas and is critical to reducing errors, improving straight-through processing rates, and ensuring data integrity across the full product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or directly relevant analytical role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
- Deep familiarity with annuity and/or retirement product administration
