We’re Looking for an experienced Senior ITSM Administrator to administer, configure, and improve our Atlassian platform, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, for our enterprise. The ideal candidate combines deep Atlassian expertise with strong ITSM process knowledge and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience administering Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence in a complex enterprise environment
- Proven experience designing and rolling out ITSM processes (Service Request, Incident, Change, Problem Management) aligned to ITIL frameworks using Jira Service Management
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Jira Automation, ScriptRunner (Groovy), REST APIs, and webhook integrations
- Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, including integration with SailPoint IdentityNow and Microsoft Entra ID for user provisioning and role-based access control
